Team Lead
Manage intern and volunteer flow, run weekly KPI reviews, assign support resources, and escalate unresolved issues.
Ops Coordinator
Review reports daily, follow up on overdue items, coordinate meetings, and keep milestones moving without delays.
Mentor
Facilitate weekly sessions, review intern reports, provide practical feedback, and flag at-risk interns early.
Data Admin
Track KPI trends, prepare weekly summaries, maintain data quality, and keep the knowledge base current.
