Ambassador Role Description
The Ambassador is WeDemo Africa's face in a territory. You grow awareness, recruit and follow up with new members, drive chapter invitations, and represent WeDemo professionally in your local ecosystem.
Core Duties
Actively distribute your referral code across campus and community channels
Follow up with every new referral within 3 days
Invite students into WeDemo campus chapters each month
Run at least 3 outreach activities monthly
Review referral analytics weekly and improve your outreach channels
Submit territory feedback and insights to Admin/Ops monthly
Performance Standard
Target active member referrals every month
Minimum 3 outreach activities per month
Weekly analytics review and monthly reporting
Consistent professional representation of WeDemo in public
Ambassador requirements
- Level 2 Certification (or active plan)
- 3+ months as Freelance Advocate
- At least 3 paid gigs completed
- 2 community endorsements (member IDs)
- Leadership and organisational ability
- Interviewed by Core Council
